Giada Guidi
I am a freelancer and have been working in clinical nutrition for almost 25 years. I have a Master's Degree in Vegetarian Nutrition and Dietetics and I am a consultant for the University Gastroenterology of the University of Pisa for research that has led to the production of scientific works, many of which on plant-based nutrition. I teach at vegetarian cooking schools and help people follow a healthy and balanced plant-based diet, also thanks to daily dissemination on social networks. I am a scientific nutrition consultant for REFOOD.
