I am a biologist with a passion for plant-based nutrition. After earning a Master’s degree in Biosanitary Sciences and gaining experience in research and clinical diagnostics, I decided to further explore the field of nutrition by completing a Master’s program in Human Nutrition. My studies culminated in a thesis on plant-based nutrition, in which I examined its role in human health, environmental sustainability, and ethical implications—topics that continue to drive my professional interests.
