Rosa Carbone

I have been working as a nutritional biologist for over 10 years. I hold a master's degree in Sustainable Food Systems and the Mediterranean Diet and have published a book on plant-based nutrition and environmental sustainability, two subjects that have always been close to my heart. I also work as a freelance science communicator for plant-based food magazines, including through my social media channels. I frequently take part in food education projects in schools and in public and private community centres.
