
I have been working as a freelance clinical nutritionist for nearly 25 years. I hold a Master's in Vegetarian Food and Dietetics and serve as a consultant for the University Gastroenterology department at the University of Pisa, contributing to research that has led to numerous scientific publications, many of which focus on plant-based nutrition. I teach at vegetarian cooking schools and help people follow a healthy, balanced plant-based diet, also through daily outreach on social media.
