I hold a degree in Food Science and Technology, focusing my study and research on fermented plant-based dairy alternatives and sustainable food systems. I work as an agri-food consultant for businesses and restaurants. I am also involved in outreach as a co-founder of Pugliaveg, a project created to promote and grow plant-based and cruelty-free culture in Puglia.
