Medico, specialista in Neurologia, Geriatria e Gerontologia, con Master universitario internazionale in Nutrizione e Dietetica. Presidente SSNV.

A medical specialist in Neurology, Geriatrics, and Gerontology, she holds an international Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her professional practice focuses primarily on the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, but she is also President of the Scientific Society of Vegetarian Nutrition (SSNV), a non-profit social promotion association she founded in 2000. The author and editor of numerous articles and publications on health, nutrition, and lifestyle, she has held conferences and courses on vegetarian nutrition in many Italian cities, also appearing on radio and television programs. In 2015, she developed and published the PiattoVeg method, an updated food guide for vegetarian nutrition. She is co-author and coordinator of the Master's degree in Vegetarian Nutrition and Dietetics at the Polytechnic University of Marche.
